The client had recently purchased a 1960’s style ranch home in an exclusive London neighbourhood. The house is situated on an acre lot overlooking a forested ravine. The backyard is large, private and already contains an in-ground pool. The home has had only one owner and is preserved in pristine 1960’s décor. They see great potential in the home and are ready to undertake a major renovation having  these changes to be completed prior to moving into the home.

Great design incorporates the past with the present. Incorporating 60’s inspired furniture and materials gives that nod to the past while integrating with new technology and design elements to adjust to current and future needs. They have specifically requested a formal living room, formal dining room, a large family kitchen, a more casual lounge area and a master bedroom with a luxury ensuite on the main floor.They also require direct access from the house to a large deck for outside entertaining.  All areas of the home will need to work together for day-to-day family life as well as entertaining family and business clients. They are a young family that is looking to set permanent roots and want a design that will last.
