MATERIAL SELECTION & RENDERINGS

Continually expanding to find inspiration in art, fashion, food and culture which keeps me in touch with current and emerging consumer lifestyles and attitudes. Having the ability to show/ draft conceptual sketches or perspectives on the spot to help easy clients understanding of progress or process is imperative.

Translating market trends into successful spaces, finishes selections or accents that fit clients needs is paramount to that of my own design sense, and is illustrated in all projects from concepts to execution.

TECHNICAL DRAFTING

Understanding multiple stages of a project and having the ability to socialize among contractors, construction works, architects and interior designers.

Full range of technical drafting abilities, from both large and small project sizes. Being project phases of demolition plans, existing architectural plans. To progression of furniture and fixture plan, reflected ceiling plan and custom millwork detailing.

In addition elevations, site plan/ topography, and roof / technical equipment planning.
