The new management at Nike Incorporated has requested an office space for 44 people designed entirely to promote collaboration and functionally. Management of the office will switch to a team orientated approach. The redesigned space is required to better meet the needs of this collaborative team approach.

The Nike Inc. London Ontario head office design is all about supporting and fostering the cultural shift from hierarchical to a collaborative team approach in an atmosphere that inspires creativity and productivity. The corporation owners want a highly innovative and collaborative open office space, which has influences their decision to invest in the physical environment to encourage and assist the staff in performing to the best of their abilities.  

This office is really for the employee's! Any good manager knows, if the employee's love coming to work they will not only produce better work but stay at work longer. This design maximizes the down town location to the fullest. It features a roof top track, putting green, a variety of outdoor seating, as well as a private employee terrace.  Following that fun atmosphere inside was key. There is a variety of different seating to suit any mood you may be in. With multiple media and collaboration areas, open and closed meeting rooms and brain storming areas, this space is designed to inspire and comfort any mood any day of the week.
